From the moment you enter the property's main house, its expansive light-filled space displays soaring ceilings and lake views, inviting you to refresh your soul. With the main house and the cottage combined, the property features a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 dining areas, 2 living rooms, including a jetted tub and a large walk-in shower in the spacious master bathroom.
Our estate grounds will be a delight to you and your guests from the covered and uncovered patios, luxury pool and spa, fire pits, additional deck down by the water, and the small enclosed beach with lounge chairs and limestone benches. A variety of lawn games, such as volley ball, badminton, croquet, and ping pong are also here for you to enjoy. The home and guest house are both stunning and well maintained and the outdoor living area and amenities (including the pool) were amazing! The photos are definitely an accurate depiction of the property. The kitchen was very well stocked - if you're able to check pantry staples and place an online order (or visit the store) after you arrive, you'll likely save yourself money. If you choose this property, definitely take advantage of all it has to offer. We spent one day at home - hired in a local singer/guitarist to play poolside in the afternoon - which I'd recommend 100%. The hosts are incredibly gracious, generous and responsive...which is wonderful. In a town that offers numerous accommodation options, this Lake Travis Luxury home stands out above the rest. "My friends and I just returned from a long weekend at the beautiful Noble Lake House and all we can say is Wow! It is a spectacular property with so much space and amenities, like the full volleyball/badminton court in the backyard, heated pool and two hot tubs, ping pong table, basketball net etc. There was never a shortage of fun activities to choose from during our stay. The house is perfectly located, tucked away with beautiful views of Lake Travis. Upon arrival, we received an amazing welcome basket, with wine, fruits, baguettes, candies etc. It was truly the best experience visiting Lake Travis and we could not recommend this property any higher! Every possible amenity was provided for our comfort in this beautiful home: remote controlled flickering candles, welcome basket, toiletries, pool heated prior to our arrival, expansive spice cabinet, every baking/cooking need provided for, fun games for the family, good sound system, huge DVD library. Truly the Lebers are in the hospitality business - not just short term home rental.
